Information
Representation of Mars as it may appear from Space. The Martian terminus is clearly visible
(the point between Mars's night and day), at this point the highs and lows of the Martian surface is
clearly defined by the shadows cast by the distant Sun.
Layers
Normal - Shows the landscape and the true height of features on the surface of Mars.
Enhanced - Similar to Normal but features are scaled to be five times their normal height.
Height - Only the differences in height across Mars is shown, light is higher than dark.
Settings
Fullscreen - Switch the browser to/from fullscreen.
Markers - Highlight and name various features across Mars.
High def images - Use larger scale base images to show finer details.
Movement
⮜ Left - Rotate Mars in a clockwise direction .
Right ⮞ - Rotate Mars in a counter-clockwise direction.
